A SITUATIONAL
GUIDE

Our definition of Leadership is transferable to any situation and any size organization.

Leadership is the ability to foster an environment in which people motivate themselves to achieve beyond their own perceived capabilities and face problems for which there appear to be no simple solutions.

We are providing you with a starting point! If you want to be a “Producer of Leadership” and not remain a “Consumer of Leadership” this book empowers you with the tools for long term success.

5-Star Amazon Review: This is a must-read for anyone aspiring to be a leader. It’s also a good compendium of practical advice for anyone already in a leadership role. Two aspects of the work really stood out. The first is the way the authors made it clear that context truly matters. To do this, they provided interviews and examples of leadership in a variety of different settings. The second was the discussion about fear. In my experience, confronting the fear that comes with responsibility is the most difficult thing an aspiring leader has to do and the main reason many don’t take up the leadership mantle. - Zoela J.

A 5-Star Amazon Review: 5.0 out of 5 stars Practical and Insightful Leadership Guide

Be a Better Leader: A Situational Guide is a clear, practical, and highly useful resource for anyone looking to strengthen their leadership skills. The book offers real-world scenarios with straightforward strategies that can be applied immediately.
I had the privilege of teaching alongside one of the authors, Bill Sprayberry, and his passion and professionalism are exactly what come through in this book. He leads with integrity and intention, and the guidance here reflects that.
Whether you’re new to leadership or looking to grow in your current role, this book provides meaningful insight and actionable tools. Highly recommend!
. - Lori S.

A 5-Star Amazon Review: If you want to learn how to grow in your leadership, purchase "Be a Better Leader." The authors dive deep into the big topics of leadership and the nuances as well. They leave no stone unturned. While the information and educational portions of this book are excellent, this reader appreciated the stories that linked the leadership principles to real life more than anything else. It brings the book and what it teaches to life for the reader. Well worth the read! - Derek S.

A 5-Star Review: Wow, this is great! If you really want to lead, you need to start with this book. Everyone can learn something here. - Erin G.

A 5-Star Amazon Review: Amazing book. A refreshing and common sense approach to an old topic. Something for everyone in this book, regardless of your level of leadership. - Londen B.
