About the Authors

COL (R) Bill Sprayberry holds a Bachelor's degree from Carson-Newman University and Master’s degrees from Central Michigan University and Air University respectively.  He has over 40 years of leadership experience with more than 28 years Leadership in the United States Army, 10 Years Leadership in the Defense Contracting Industry and 4 years Leadership in Academia.  Additionally, he has considerable experience providing volunteer leadership in a wide array of organizations.

LTC (R) David McDowell holds a Bachelor’s degree from The United States Military Academy at West Point and a Master’s degree from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business.  He has over 30 years of leadership experience with over 21 years Leadership in the United States Army and 10 years Leadership in the Corporate Sector.  Additionally, he has extensive experience leading volunteers in a broad range of groups and organizations.
